Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take to get my products?

  • Most orders placed on business days will be processed and shipped with in 1-3 days.
  • We are unable to deliver on weekends or public holidays, any orders placed during this period will be dispatched the following business day
  • Express Delivery: 7-10 business days
  • Standard Delivery: 10- 15 business days
  • Please note, that shipping times do not include the standard 1-3 business day processing time it takes for the order to ship out.

Is there free shipping?

  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders $50+ in the Contiguous United States.

Do you ship to my area?

  • Yes. We ship to most countries in the world. You can check on our Shipping page. If you can't select your country on the shipping page, contact us at  support@ditok.shop.

About shipment tracking

  • Tracking number are assigned to the packages when they shiped. You will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to check the status.
  • Please check your email inbox and spam folder.


Returns & Refunds

Do you offer refunds?

  • Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
  • Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Please note that original shipping fees, duty paid or any other associated costs are non-refundable, and return postage/costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is caused by quality problems.
  • For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

How to request a return?

  • When returning any part of your order, please make sure there is no artificial damage to the products. And the tags and packages are in good condition.
  • Email to   support@ditok.shop with your Order ID (e.g. #1234 ), items’ photos (with tag and package bag), and the detailed return reason.
  • Our customer service team will reply with solutions and return instructions in 1-2 business days.

How long after I complete a purchase can I ask for a refund?

  • 30-day return guarantee.

Who pays the shipping costs in the case of a refund or return?

  • Please note that original shipping fees, duty paid or any other associated costs are non-refundable, and return postage/costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is caused by quality problems.
  • We offer a free exchange service if you want to exchange another color/style/size. This offer is for the Contiguous United States only.
  • We’re sorry, but this offer is not for recipients in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S.V.I. etc.
  • Exchanges will be provided with a free return label but customers will be responsible for new shipping costs after the first free exchange.

How to get refund?

  • If the product is not a quality problem, only because of personal dislike the size/color/other issues, you will be request to return the package first. And shipping fees from the order is NOT refundable.
  • If your request of return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. You will be notified via email.
  • Note that refunds can take up to 5-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.

  • We have a Size Guide on every product page to help you select the right size. Just click the Size Chart below the product information. Please note that just so you know, some items might fit differently depending on the style. If in between sizes, please choose a larger size if you prefer a comfortable fit.
